Draft articles

This structure has the advantage of providing a logical presentation of the provisions, and avoids creating an article on interim measures that is of inordinate length as compared to other articles in the Model Law.

The Working Group, recognizing the broader context in which that issue should be considered, decided to address the issue further at a later stage, in conjunction with revisions to relevant articles of the Model Law.
