The development of aerospace technology might necessitate the amendment of prevailing norms of international air and space law.

As repeatedly indicated in our previous communications, such acts blatantly contravene international law and air traffic regulations and seriously endanger international civil aviation.

The view was expressed that during flight, aerospace objects might be considered to fall within the scope of international space law or international air law, depending on the purpose of the mission.

International air law as well as the relevant domestic air law should be applicable for purposes of national security or aerial safety, as long as the object has the characteristics of both an aeroplane and a space object.

The Law on Environmental Protection, the Law on Water Protection, the Law on Air Protection, the Law on Nature Protection, and the Law on Forests and Law on Waters, which regulate environment protection, will not be easy to implement, without international institutions' support.

In the case of passage through the territorial airspace of another State, international air law should be applied to the aerospace object.
