The Forum welcomes the offer of the World Bank to host a workshop on indigenous peoples and poverty, and looks forward to receiving the results of the workshop in its fifth session.

The SBSTA welcomed the exchange of views between Parties, experts and other participants in the in session workshop on mitigation and took note with appreciation of the summary of the workshop by the Chair.

The SBI may wish to express support for the further development of the proposals highlighted during the in session workshop.

At its next session, it planned to hold a one day workshop on disaster management, involving communication and meteorological satellite operators.
