(e) Improving water resource management through a better understanding of water resources

Until recently, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Human resource management systems (HRMS) software did not support matrix reporting.

The core operations processes are planning, resource allocation, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
