The delivery of technical cooperation activities in 2004 amounted to 98.8 million, representing an improvement of 17.2 million over 2002 delivery ( 81.6 million), the first year of the previous biennium.

The current technical cooperation strategy highlights three elements essential for successful delivery of the Programme strong Government commitment, high quality of technical cooperation projects, and adequate funding.
