Where Did Market Volatility Go?

Recent market volatility has been partly a response to the apparent rise in the downside risk of policy paralysis or denial.

Such volatility does not fit a fundamentals driven market.

That prospect has already sparked renewed financial market volatility.

To be sure, political and market volatility in a broad range of emerging market economies will continue.

In a turbulent world of market volatility, however, they risk being overwhelmed.
