The High Commissioner encourages the Procurator General to establish and carry out, in coordination with the Ministry of Defence, an annual review of military intelligence files on human rights defenders and organizations, with the aim of examining the veracity and impartiality of the information contained in them and removing erroneous or tendentious data.
