(a) Original contract means the contract between the assignor and the debtor from which the assigned receivable arises	(أ) العقد الأصلي يعني العقد المبرم بين المحيل والمدين، الذي ينشأ عنه المستحق المحال

A receivable is international if, at the time of conclusion of the original contract, the assignor and the debtor are located in different States. Failure of the assignor to perform the original contract does not entitle the debtor to recover from the assignee a sum paid by the debtor to the assignor or the assignee.	ليس من شأن تقصير المحيل في تنفيذ العقد الأصلي أن يعطي المدين حقا في أن يسترد من المحال إليه مبلغا كان المدين قد سدده إلى المحيل أو المحال إليه.
