Article 75. Actions against the carrier

Like its predecessor in A CN.9 WG.III WP.32, proposed redraft article 88 dealt with the mandatory provisions of the draft instrument, dividing the issue into paragraph 1, concerning the carrier and maritime performing party, and paragraph 2, regarding cargo interests.
