Four conventions apply to aviation security.

The certified employees of the Aviation Security Control trained in the appropriate security educational centers of the International Civil Aviation Organization carry out the inspection process.

ICAO had already produced eight aviation security training packages which were being sold and distributed in the international civil aviation community.

(e) The National Committee for the Security of Civil Aviation was established, as were local committees at every airport.
