We are also vigilant to the ongoing commission of serious crimes in Darfur.

We see that initiative as an important step in extending the geographical coverage of such organizations and facilitating the adoption of robust conservation and management measures.

We are pleased to see that the Court, despite having been established only recently, is fully operational.

We would also like to see an analysis of relations with the other principal organs of the United Nations.

And we know this because when we study different language groups and associate them with their cultures, we see that different languages slow the flow of ideas between groups.

As a society, we are gambling with our big banks, with our nuclear power facilities, with our planet.

Like the Secretary General, we too recognize the special needs of Africa.

In our view, recent developments are a further indication of the extreme fragility of the situation in the Middle East, in particular in relation to the Israeli Palestinian track.
