The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs has taken steps to improve its recruitment process through its request and receipt of approval of delegation of authority for recruitment and administration of field staff on 200 series service contracts and the design of a roster and vacancy management system, both due to be implemented with effect from 1 January 2007.
