Comment by the Administration. Subsequent to the implementation of the IMIS payroll and global payroll to general ledger interface in July 2004, the Atlas general ledger module was rolled out in September 2004.

The payments and the use of the funds provided to implementing partners were recorded in a project ledger account (X21) maintained for the monitoring of these expenditures.
