It is encouraging that the completion strategy is at the heart of the Tribunal's overall management.

Therefore, we welcome the presentation by the Secretary General of a comprehensive United Nations counter terrorism strategy.

His Government greatly appreciated the concept of strategic communications services described in the Secretary General's report (A 58 175) and hoped that the Department of Public Information would continue providing its communications services with more strategic priorities.
