So then, he has mercy on whom he desires, and he hardens whom he desires.

Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth . He creates whatsoever He wills , bestows daughters on whosoever He will , and gives sons to whom He choose .

For Allah only is the kingship of the heavens and the earth He creates whatever He wills He may bestow daughters to whomever He wills , and sons to whomever He wills .

To God belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth He creates what He will He gives to whom He will females , and He gives to whom He will males

He createth whatsoever He Will . He bestoweth females upon whomsoever He will , and bestoweth males upon whomsoever He Will .

He creates what He wills . He bestows female ( offspring ) upon whom He wills , and bestows male ( offspring ) upon whom He wills .

He creates whatever He wills . He grants daughters to whomever He wills , and He grants sons to whomever He wills .

He creates whatever He pleases . He grants females to whomever He pleases and males to whomever He pleases ,

He createth what He will . He bestoweth female ( offspring ) upon whom He will , and bestoweth male ( offspring ) upon whom He will

To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth . He creates whatever He wishes He gives females to whomever He wishes , and males to whomever He wishes ,

He creates what He will . He gives females to whom He will and males to whom He will .

To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth He creates what he wills . He gives to whom He wills female children , and He gives to whom He wills males .

To God belongs the heavens and the earth . He created whatever He wanted .

Allah 's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth He creates what He pleases He grants to whom He pleases daughters and grants to whom He pleases sons .

God has control of the heavens and the earth He creates whatever He will He grants female offspring to whoever He will , male to whoever He will ,

He creates what He wills ( and plans ) . He bestows ( children ) male or female according to His Will ( and Plan ) ,

Punish whom He will , and have mercy on whom He please . And to Him will you be brought back in the end .

He punishes whomever He wills and has mercy upon whomever He wills and towards Him only you are to return .

chastising whom He will , and having mercy on whomsoever He will , and unto Him you shall be turned .

He shall torment whomsoever He Will , and shall show mercy unto whomsoever He Will , and unto Him ye shall be returned .

He punishes whom He will , and shows mercy to whom He will , and to Him you will be returned .

He punishes whom He wills , and He grants mercy to whom He wills , and to Him you will be restored .

He chastises whom He will and forgives whom He will . To Him all of you will be sent back .

He punisheth whom He will and showeth mercy unto whom He will , and unto Him ye will be turned .

He will punish whomever He wishes and have mercy on whomever He wishes , and to Him you will be returned .

He punishes whom He will and has mercy to whom He will . To Him you shall be turned .

He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills , and to Him you will be returned .

He punishes or grants mercy to whomever He wants and to Him you will all return .

He punishes whom He pleases and has mercy on whom He pleases , and to Him you shall be turned back .

He punishes whom He will and shows mercy to whom He pleases . And to Him you shall be returned .

He punishes whom He pleases , and He grants Mercy to whom He pleases , and towards Him are ye turned .

It is God who sends the breezes that raise clouds , then spreads them over the sky as He please , fold on fold , then you see the drops of rain issue from between them . When He sends it down to those of His creatures as He will , they are filled with joy ,

It is Allah Who sends the winds raising the clouds therefore spreads them in the sky as He wills and shatters them so you see the rain dropping from inside it so when He delivers it upon whomever He wills among His bondmen , thereupon they rejoice .

God is He that looses the winds , that stir up clouds and He spreads them in heaven how He will , and shatters them then thou seest the rain issuing out of the midst of them , and when He smites with it whomsoever of His servants He will , lo , they rejoice ,

Allah is He Who sendeth the winds so that they raise a cloud and then spreadeth it along the heaven as He will and breaketh it into fragments , and thou beholdest the rain come forth from the intestines thereof . Then when He maketh it fall upon such of His bondmen as He will , lo ! they rejoice .

Allah is He Who sends the winds , so they raise clouds , and spread them along the sky as He wills , and then break them into fragments , until you see rain drops come forth from their midst ! Then when He has made them fall on whom of His slaves as He will , lo ! they rejoice !

Then you see rain drops issuing from their midst . Then , when He makes it fall upon whom He wills of His servants , behold , they rejoice .

Allah sends the winds that stir up clouds and then He spreads them in the sky as He pleases and splits them into different fragments , whereafter you see drops of rain pouring down from them . He then causes the rain to fall on whomsoever of His servants He pleases , and lo , they rejoice at it ,

Allah is He Who sendeth the winds so that they raise clouds , and spreadeth them along the sky as pleaseth Him , and causeth them to break and thou seest the rain downpouring from within them . And when He maketh it to fall on whom He will of His bondmen , lo ! they rejoice

Then they generate a cloud , then He spreads it as He wishes in the sky , and forms it into fragments , whereat you see the rain issuing from its midst . Then , when He strikes with it whomever of His servants that He wishes , behold , they rejoice

He spreads them as He will in heaven and disperses them , so that you can see the rain falling from their midst . When He smites with it whom He will of His worshipers they rejoice ,

It is Allah who sends the winds , and they stir the clouds and spread them in the sky however He wills , and He makes them fragments so you see the rain emerge from within them . And when He causes it to fall upon whom He wills of His servants , immediately they rejoice

He spreads them in the sky as He wants , then He intensifies them , and then you can see the rain coming down from the cloud . When He sends it down upon whichever of His servants He wants , they rejoice

Allah is he Who sends forth the winds so they raise a cloud , then He spreads it forth in the sky as He pleases , and He breaks it up so that you see the rain coming forth from inside it then when He causes it to fall upon whom He pleases of His servants , lo ! they are joyful
