The Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying,

ويشهد لنا الروح القدس ايضا. لانه بعدما قال سابقا

The disciples were filled with joy with the Holy Spirit.

‎واما التلاميذ فكانوا يمتلئون من الفرح والروح القدس

I baptized you in water, but he will baptize you in the Holy Spirit."

انا عمدتكم بالماء واما هو فسيعمدكم بالروح القدس

Then they laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit.

‎حينئذ وضعا الايادي عليهم فقبلوا الروح القدس‎.

for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that same hour what you must say."

لان الروح القدس يعلّمكم في تلك الساعة ما يجب ان تقولوه

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

‎لا تطرحني من قدام وجهك وروحك القدوس لا تنزعه مني‎.

Don't throw me from your presence, and don't take your holy Spirit from me.

‎لا تطرحني من قدام وجهك وروحك القدوس لا تنزعه مني‎.

Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says, "Today if you will hear his voice,

لذلك كما يقول الروح القدس اليوم ان سمعتم صوته

His father, Zacharias, was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying,

وامتلأ زكريا ابوه من الروح القدس وتنبأ قائلا

who, when they had come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Spirit;

‎اللذين لما نزلا صلّيا لاجلهم لكي يقبلوا الروح القدس‎.

in pureness, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in sincere love,

في طهارة في علم في اناة في لطف في الروح القدس في محبة بلا رياء

He said to them, "Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?" They said to him, "No, we haven't even heard that there is a Holy Spirit."

قال لهم هل قبلتم الروح القدس لما آمنتم. قالوا له ولا سمعنا انه يوجد الروح القدس‎.
