Philippines Following an inquiry from the Government of the Philippines and as a result of information provided by the secretariat, the D1 Panel of Commissioners reviewed a claim that was included in its report for part one of the fourth instalment of category D claims, which recommendations were approved by the Governing Council in decision 81.
