Although they had made a pledged to God , in the past , that they will not turn their backs . A pledge to God is a responsibility .

They had earlier covenanted with Allah that they would not turn their backs in flight . And a covenant made with Allah must needs be answered for .

And verily they had already sworn unto Allah that they would not turn their backs ( to the foe ) . An oath to Allah must be answered for .

though they had already pledged to Allah before that they would not turn their backs to flee , and pledges given to Allah are accountable .

Yet before that , they made a covenant with Allah never to turn their backs . And covenants with Allah shall be questioned .

And they had already promised Allah before not to turn their backs and flee . And ever is the promise to Allah that about which one will be questioned .

They had certainly promised God that they would not turn away . To promise God is certainly a ( great ) responsibility .

And certainly they had made a covenant with Allah before , that ) they would not turn ( their ) backs and Allah 's covenant shall be inquired of .

They had already vowed before God that they would never turn their backs and a vow made to God must be answered for .

And yet they had already covenanted with Allah not to turn their backs , and a covenant with Allah must ( surely ) be answered for .

When you vow a vow to God, don't defer to pay it for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay that which you vow.

When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it for he hath no pleasure in fools pay that which thou hast vowed.

Such problems did not stop Benin from fulfilling its obligations, which it had, after all, freely undertaken.

Satisfaction of article 6

These provisions will be honored .

We should not despair, however, but must continue to endeavour to meet the agreed targets.

However, we can realistically do so only when we are certain that we can meet our obligations.

Secondly, obligations already agreed should be met.

The developing countries are not blaming rich and industrialized countries for everything that is wrong or unfulfilled.

Thus Europe and the United States need to be very careful about making security commitments they are unwilling or unable to carry out.

Yet international solidarity has still fallen well short of need, as many of you know all too well.

These and other temporary requirements are normally met by hiring from the pool of retired former staff members who do not receive international benefits.

The time has come to act on those promises.

I call on all donors to fulfil their pledges and to increase them.

The Sudan requires considerable resources for reconstruction, the rehabilitation of the displaced and refugees and the promotion and strengthening of peace.

It is apparent that the satisfaction of the most elementary human needs cannot be taken for granted in a large part of the planet.

It will also seek to improve financial management and accounting, particularly with respect to simplification of procedures and processes, and better meeting the needs of clients.

It is time to fulfil old and new promises.

But haircuts in the case of a solvency crisis are indispensable for the stability of the European financial system itself.

There is a high unmet need for contraception, and complications from unsafe abortion pose a serious public health problem.
