It is our belief that the list of issues identified for the four clusters is not exhaustive and that it will be supplemented as the discussions proceed.

It would not be possible to compile an exhaustive list, and the value of such an undertaking was therefore questionable.

One tool highlighted by several speakers as particularly effective in that regard was a comprehensive regime for the freezing and confiscation of the proceeds of criminal activities, employing conviction and non conviction based approaches.

The authors note, however, that this is not an exhaustive list of methods and that the successful execution of these methods is highly dependent on the domain.

We feel that the list of proposals and recommendations enumerated in the report was not exhaustive and that it would, therefore, be useful for Member States to continue to exchange ideas based on our respective experiences in dealing with the issue of road safety in our countries.

The list of cases is meant to be representative but not exhaustive some countries have prosecuted several more cases than are described here.

In that connection, we believe it is crucial that ocean policies continue to be based on cooperation and coordination at all levels and on the use of interdisciplinary and comprehensive approaches.

I urge FANCI and the Forces nouvelles to provide a comprehensive list of their armaments to UNOCI without further delay for use in the disarmament process and in the monitoring of the arms embargo.

In this regard, the Panel recalls its previous statements that paragraph 35 of Governing Council decision 7 does not purport to give an exhaustive list of the activities and events that can give rise to compensable losses or expenses.
