I simply tied the end of a paintbrush onto a twig.

The one who uses this toothbrush isn't my mother.

Since winning the contest, Manawer, 26, has been giving talks to raise awareness on the subject. He became passionate about the issue after a friend was diagnosed with depression, but felt too uncomfortable disclosing it to his family.
