Comment by the Administration. A disaster recovery plan has been developed.

Such adjustments reflect, in particular, the fluctuations in vacancy rates and standard costs, inflation and exchange rates as compared with the assumptions used for establishing the approved budget.

UNHCR's internal audit plan is developed in close consultation with management, the Oversight Committee, the Inspector General's Office and the United Nations Board of Auditors.

This programme supports the implementation of the integrated water resources management component of the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation within the framework of the Water for Life Decade.

We support the decentralization plan of UNMIK and the Provisional Institutions, while we encourage Belgrade to take up the advisory role for the Kosovo Serbs that has been reserved for it in these discussions.

It reviews progress towards sustainable forest management and the implementation of the Forum's plan of action and multi year programme of work, identifying catalysts and obstacles affecting progress.

Comment by the Administration. An internal audit workplan was presented to the Fund's Chief Executive Officer and the Representative of the Secretary General in February and March 2005.

The Registry has, inter alia, prepared the Court's yearly budget submissions, issued policies and rules such as the staff rules, ensured finalization of the courtrooms, concluded a range of contracts and implemented a procurement plan for the Court.

The management response to the evaluation report and a report on progress made in 2005 to implement the gender action plan are the subject of separate documents.

Among the important actions undertaken in the context of the Convention and consistent with paragraph 40 of the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation, the Executive Secretary mentioned the promotion of the integrated management of water resources.

All cultural institutions in Brčko District are under the sub department for Sports and Culture ( Home of Culture , gallery, library) and are financed from the budget that is adopted by the Assembly on the basis of the annual plan and the report submitted by the sub department.

The national mechanisms were charged with creating and implementing a national plan for observing the tenth anniversary, raising public awareness of family issues, promoting appreciation of the role of families and identifying priority issues for concrete action and follow up.

Comment by the Administration. The audits of Treasury and the relevant specialist areas have been included in the 2005 audit plan of the Internal Audit Section of the Office of Audit and Performance Reviews.

Comment by the Administration. UNRWA recovery plans for most ICT systems exist but should be part of a comprehensive disaster recovery plan.
