Access to reproductive health services is very weak.

We support the recommendation on access to reproductive health care and stress the need for the decision makers in September to reiterate the crucial importance of universal access to reproductive health care by 2015.

The United States understood that there was an international consensus that the terms reproductive health services and reproductive rights did not include abortion or constitute support, endorsement or promotion of abortion or the use of abortifacients.
