At the sSixteenth Meeting of the Parties, the Executive Committee reported that the requested evaluation would be reported to the sSeventeenth Meeting of the Parties.

She expressed satisfaction with the evaluation of courses on key issues of the international economic agenda, since her country, having recently hosted a regional seminar, knew the theoretical and practical insights the programme had given to participating trainees.

The model places emphasis on a crisis response system, and expansion of community based services, which include initial assessment, education, support, and linkages with other service providers as well as consultation, treatment and ongoing support.
