On the basis of political and operational priorities, UNMIS has established a full time military observer presence in Juba (Sector I), Wau (Sector II), Malakal (Sector III), Kadugli (Sector IV), Ed Damazin (Sector V), Abyei (Sector VI) and Kassala (redeployment coordination headquarters).
