Contributors to the Thematic Programmes Sub Account shall specify the Thematic Program for which their contributions are intended.

Such procedures shall take into account the need for balanced representation among members, including contributing members, in the operation of the Thematic Programmes Sub Account.

The purpose of the Project Sub Account shall be to facilitate earmarked contributions for the financing of pre projects and projects approved in accordance with article 25.

1.bis. The Work Programme Sub Account shall provide financial resources for the execution of activities of a non routine nature identified in the ITTO Work Programme.

The contribution of each member to the Work Program Sub Account for each financial year shall be established into a 70 30 proportion between consumer and producer members, without prejudice to their respective rights.

The amount of 97,800 of the increases relating to overtime, supplies and materials and office automation equipment relates to the redeployment of resources from subsection D, Programme support.
