At its 91st meeting, on 31 May 2004, the Council considered the recommendation of the Finance Committee on the Supplementary Agreement, and recommended that the Assembly approve the Supplementary Agreement.9 Subsequently, at its 95th meeting, on 2 June 2004, the Assembly approved the Supplementary Agreement.10

In that regard, the Secretariat would like to draw the attention of the Parties to the supplemental report of the Methyl Bromide Technical Options Committee, which includes in its section 4.3 a review of how related funds were allocated.

I am writing in response to the letter from your predecessor, Mr. Andrey I. Denisov, dated 19 January 2005 concerning the questions and comments made on the supplementary report submitted by the Government of Guatemala in accordance with paragraph 6 of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001).

They will be better equipped, thanks to complementary technical support at the national and regional levels.

The status of contributions to the General Fund for the ccore bbudget and the Supplementary Fund is summarized in table 1.
