We have a large foreign population and one of the world s largest consular corps. International chambers of commerce play a very active and vital role in government consultations.

Thus article 26 provides that the facilities to be granted by the receiving State to members of the consular post, and others, for their departure, shall be granted even in case of armed conflict .

The second thing is tools for collaboration, be they systems of collaboration, or intellectual property systems which encourage collaboration. Right?
