In this context, the independent expert is concerned about reactions that are outside the agreed framework for dialogue, infringements of freedom of expression and the conditions in which human rights defenders have to work.

The arrangements made by the Economic and Social Council for consultations with non governmental organizations under Article 71 of the Charter shall apply to the Human Rights Council

In paragraph 54 of the report, the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs agreed with the Board's recommendation that it identify inactive project balances and transfer them to active projects, after consultation with respective donors.

The Council operates as a national civil society organization, open to all young people in Croatia between the ages of 15 and 29.

The Council may recall that in its decision 1992 214 of 7 February 1992 it decided to grant authority to its Bureau to approve intersessional departures from its approved calendar of conferences and meetings in respect of its subsidiary bodies when the Council was not in session and after consultation with the Committee on Conferences.
