In this regard, the Council shall seek to convene alternate sessions of the Council outside headquarters.

The Council requested the Secretary General to continue consultations with the Government of Lebanon and other parties directly concerned with the implementation of the resolution and to report to the Council.

The Open ended Working Group on the Review of Arrangements for Consultation with Non Governmental Organizations was established by the Economic and Social Council in accordance with its resolution 1993 80 of 30 July 1993.

Some CEB members, however, note that the report does not adequately reflect the consultation process with United Nations organizations.
