The claimants in that report did not submit any claims for medical treatment costs. They submitted claims for mental pain and anguish and loss of future earnings only.

The claims process for the Medical Insurance Plan, used by field offices, should be outsourced to ensure the confidentiality of participants.

The average number of loss types is 3.14 for the claims in this instalment, compared with 2.01 for all claims in the regular category D claims programme, 1.93 for Jordanian claims and 1.71 for Kuwaiti claims.

Recent data indicates that none of the complaints submitted regarding medical treatment and medical para medical personnel is related to discrimination against women.

More trained medical and non medical personnel are needed to run these facilities.
