The Commission has 20 members 2 from each of the provinces, one each from the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Federally Administered Northern Areas (FANA) and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), one representative from minorities, three scholars and three ex officio members (Secretaries Finance, Law and Interior).

Requests the Secretary General to appoint a Special Representative on Jammu and Kashmir and appreciates his efforts for enabling the true representatives of the Kashmiri people to have their views expressed in OIC and other international fora, and requests him to continue to take all necessary steps in this regard.
