Where, however, the adoption of one amendment necessarily implies the rejection of another amendment, the latter amendment shall not be put to the vote.

When an amendment to a proposal is moved, the amendment shall be voted on first.

As of 10 June 2005, 190 Parties had ratified the Vienna Convention, 189 had ratified the Montreal Protocol, 177 had ratified the London Amendment, 166 had ratified the Copenhagen Amendment, 130 had ratified the Montreal Amendment and 92 had ratified the Beijing Amendment.

The amendment did not pass.

Amendment relating to financial disclosure

As of 5 October 2005, there were 190 Parties to the Vienna Convention, 189 Parties to the Montreal Protocol, 179 Parties to the London Amendment, 168 Parties to the Copenhagen Amendment, 134 Parties to the Montreal Amendment and 97 Parties to the Beijing Amendment.

The CTC would be grateful to receive an outline and a progress report on work on the amendment to the Firearms Act that is reported to be in progress (as per page 15 of the fourth report).

Proposed adjustment and amendment of the Montreal Protocol

This will require an amendment of the Statute.

The 2003 amendment of the 1945 Constitution clearly stipulated that every citizen has the right to work and make a living (Article 28 (2) Amendment).

Secondly, Security Council expansion requires amendment of the Charter.

To adopt the following amendment to the Montreal Protocol

Before proceeding further, I would like to inform members that the sponsor of the amendment contained in document A 60 L.35 has withdrawn the amendment.

When an amendment is moved to a proposal, the amendment shall be voted on first. When two or more amendments are moved to a proposal, the Conference shall vote first on the amendment furthest removed in substance from the original proposal and then on the amendment next furthest removed therefrom, and so on, until all the amendments have been put to the vote.
