The non post requirements of 252,000, at maintenance level, would cover (a) general temporary assistance and overtime ( 185,800) to mitigate peak periods of work and (b) banking transaction costs ( 66,200).

Large flash memory is currently more expensive than hard disk drives of similar size (as of mid 2014) but are starting to appear in laptop computers because of their low weight, small size and low power requirements.

The increased requirements relate to the procurement and maintenance of 65 desktop computers and 41 portable computers to be used by the additional civilian and police personnel and the staff officers.
