The Emir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and Her Highness Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al Missned, consort of His Highness the Emir, are among the eminent persons who believe in the common humanity of all and who dream of a world where we can all live in dignity and security.
