Based on the findings of the evaluation, the recommendations set out below are presented for consideration.

The Regional Director responded that UNICEF had completed recently an evaluation on the emergency responses to the earthquakes in Algeria, the Islamic Republic of Iran and Morocco, the results of which would be presented to the Board in 2006.

But to make ratings work, the raters need to be rated.
