The Subcommittee heard the following scientific and technical presentations on the item

Preparation of scientific documents requested by the Scientific Committee for review and discussion at its annual sessions, as required (1) publication of the Scientific Committee's next major report, with detailed scientific annexes, of the sources and effects of ionizing radiation (1).

The Scientific and Technical Subcommittee continued its consideration of this item in accordance with the workplan adopted by the Committee at its forty sixth session.
