All attempts are made to ensure that the official documents relating to the courts are produced in both languages.

The COP recognized the advantage of Parties exercising discipline when requesting the secretariat to prepare documents, bearing in mind the considerable resources required for the preparation of documentation.

The basic tasks for these centres are to participate in the preparation documents from the ministries' competences and to take due care of harmonisation of these documents with the Gender Equality Law.

Expert consultations, online public hearings and other forms of communication have been held in the course of developing essential Court documents.

For example, the Party's main current activity is drafting the documents that will be approved at the next congress, scheduled for the autumn of 2007.

In this connection, the Unit is creating a searchable database, preparing handover notes on cases and identifying the most critical documents for translation, as requested by the Timorese authorities.

7. Requests the Secretary General to take into account the above mentioned work in the preparation of documentation and other preparatory activities for the review of the implementation of Agenda 21, to be carried out in 2002.
