I would like to say at the outset that this update represents the personal views and impressions of the chairmanship and does not in any way restrict or reflect the position of other members of the working group.

It urged other members of the General Committee to join it in opposing the proposal.

The Working Group shall elect its own officers, develop its own working methods, and apply as far as possible the rules of procedure of the Committee to its meetings.

Two of the members of that group are also members of the Secretary General's Advisory Panel.

The possibility of expanding the membership of the Panel to other relevant partners is being discussed.

The assessment was prepared under my responsibility, in consultation with other members of the Security Council.

The summary records of private meetings shall be distributed to the members of the Committee and to other participants in the meetings.

They may be made available to others upon decision of the Committee at such time and under such conditions as the Committee may decide.

The members of the Group also agreed to continue to use the Group as the common communications platform of the United Nations system for this purpose.

Reactions to the proposals by members of the working gro up and Sub Commission experts

With the present submission, she has further developed her draft guidelines in the hope that this will contribute to the adoption of principles and guidelines by the Sub Commission as quickly as possible, with due respect given to the views of other members of the working group and the Sub Commission as a whole.

Members of the Team have also made presentations on the work of the Team and the Committee to regional meetings in Asia and Africa.

When team members feel recognized and supported within their team (social support) they are more willing to share responsibility, cooperate, and commit to the team's collective goals.

France therefore associates itself with other Council members that have expressed their concern at that delay.

Although this allows leadership quantity to be assessed, it does not pinpoint how many other team members are engaging in leadership behaviors or how many members are looking to the same people for leadership.

Seven other players have made more than 500 appearances, including three members of the 1968 European Cup winning team and three members of the 1999 Treble winning team.

The Working Group shall not comprise more than five members of the Committee.

Switzerland is determined to pursue its commitment side by side with other members of the international community.

I should like as well to congratulate you, Sir, on your election as Chairman of this Committee and also to congratulate the other members of the Bureau.

Their charge will be to consider a recent review of the IPCC by the InterAcademy Council (IAC).
