ولا ولا بالإنجليزية

بلا فهم ولا عهد ولا حنو ولا رضى ولا رحمة

without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, unforgiving, unmerciful;

ولا تقبح ولا تطلب ما لنفسها ولا تحتد ولا تظن السوء

doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil;

ولا تابوا عن قتلهم ولا عن سحرهم ولا عن زناهم ولا عن سرقتهم

They didn't repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their sexual immorality, nor of their thefts.

فلا ترض منه ولا تسمع له ولا تشفق عينك عليه ولا ترقّ له ولا تستره

you shall not consent to him, nor listen to him; neither shall your eye pity him, neither shall you spare, neither shall you conceal him:

ولا مزودا للطريق ولا ثوبين ولا احذية ولا عصا. لان الفاعل مستحق طعامه

Take no bag for your journey, neither two coats, nor shoes, nor staff: for the laborer is worthy of his food.

ولا احدب ولا اكشم ولا من في عينه بياض ولا اجرب ولا اكلف ولا مرضوض الخصى.

or hunchbacked, or a dwarf, or one who has a defect in his eye, or an itching disease, or scabs, or who has damaged testicles;

ولا سارقون ولا طماعون ولا سكيرون ولا شتامون ولا خاطفون يرثون ملكوت الله.

nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God.

تاكلون لا يوما واحدا ولا يومين ولا خمسة ايام ولا عشرة ايام ولا عشرين يوما

You will not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days,

فاني متيقن انه لا موت ولا حياة ولا ملائكة ولا رؤساء ولا قوات ولا امور حاضرة ولا مستقبلة

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,

ولا تظلموا الارملة ولا اليتيم ولا الغريب ولا الفقير ولا يفكر احد منكم شرا على اخيه في قلبكم.

Don't oppress the widow, nor the fatherless, the foreigner, nor the poor; and let none of you devise evil against his brother in your heart.'

لا تشته بيت قريبك. لا تشته امرأة قريبك ولا عبده ولا امته ولا ثوره ولا حماره ولا شيئا مما لقريبك

"You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's."

يعني بدون مراسة ولا رسائل قصيرة ولا إنترنت ولا تلفاز ولا محادثة ولا طعام ولا قراءة ولا حتى الركون إلى ذكريات الماضي أو التخطيط للمستقبل.

So that's no emailing, texting, no Internet, no TV, no chatting, no eating, no reading, not even sitting there reminiscing about the past or planning for the future.
