5-7 ويؤكد صاحب الشكوى أن ادعاءاته المتعلقة بتخلي عمه عن واجب الخدمة أو باختفائه هي ادعاءات موثوقة.

5.7 The complainant defends the credibility of his claims about his uncle's desertion and disappearance.

وبعد توقيع هذا المستند، واصل صاحب البلاغ العمل لحساب الشركة حتى أيار/مايو 1990 وهو تاريخ فصله من الخدمة.

Having signed the document, the author continued working for the company until May 1990, when he was dismissed.

ويدّعي صاحب الشكوى أيضاً أنه تلقى رسائل تهديد من جماعات إسلامية تأمره بترك الخدمة وإلا عرَّض نفسه للإعدام.

The complainant also alleges that he received threatening letters from Islamist groups, demanding that he desert or risk execution.

كما قالت تسفيتكوف للأصوات العالمية " نظريًا، قد يستخدم تلك الخدمة قاتل متسلسل أو صاحب مال يحاول تعقب مدينه".

“In theory,” Tsvetkov told Global Voices, “this service could be used by a serial killer or a collector trying to hunt down a debtor.”

وحسب الدولة الطرف، فإن صاحب الشكوى يصف نفسه بأنه قائد طائرة مقاتلة وضابط في القوات المسلحة الجزائرية فر من الخدمة لأسباب إنسانية، ولكنه لا يقدم أي دليل على ذلك.

According to the State party, while the complainant describes himself as a fighter pilot and an officer of the Algerian Armed Forces who has deserted for humanitarian reasons, he provides no proof.

8-4 ثانياً، حتى لو أثبت صاحب الشكوى أنه قائد طائرة مقاتلة وأنه فر من الخدمة، فإن روايته للأحداث تتضمن تناقضات شتى وأشياء لا يقبلها العقل مما يشكك في المخاوف التي ذكرها.

8.4 Secondly, even if the complainant did establish that he was a fighter pilot and a deserter, his account contains various contradictions and implausibilities that discredit the fears invoked.

وكان صاحب الموقع الشخص المتخصص زهاو جينج ينشر على موقعه تقارير حول إضراب قام به الصحافيون في جريدة "أخبار بكين" (The Beijing News) في أعقاب صرف رئيس تحرير الجريدة المستقل الرأي من الخدمة.

The blogger, Zhao Jing, had been reporting on a strike by journalists at The Beijing News that followed the dismissal of the newspaper’s independent-minded editor.
