شيء تماما بالإنجليزية

وقبل كل شيء، نناشد جميع الدول أن تفعل ذلك تماما.

ان الترابط هو في واقع الامر اعتماد متبادل أي تعرض مشترك للمخاطر فلا يوجد شيء منعزل تماما و " الشؤون الخارجية" لم يعد لها وجود: كل شيء قد اصبح شأن وطني أو حتى شخصي.
