1. States shall cooperate to bring to an end through lawful means any serious breach within the meaning of article 40.

1 - تتعاون الدول في سبيل وضع حدِّ، بالوسائل المشروعة، لأي إخلال خطير بالمعنى المقصود في المادة 40.
