(8) اتفاقية مسؤولية متعهدي محطات النقل الطرفية في التجارة الدولية واتفاقية إحالة المستحقات في التجارة الدولية.

(h) United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade (2001) (the Convention requires five States parties for entry into force);

(ح) اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لاحالة المستحقات فـي التجارة الدولية (2001)(10) (تحتاج الاتفاقية إلى خمسة اجراءات لكي يبدأ نفاذها)؛

2. Adopts and opens for signature or accession the United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade, contained in the annex to the present resolution;

2 - تعتمد اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لإحالة المستحقات في التجارة الدولية الواردة في مرفق هذا القرار، وتفتح باب التوقيع عليها أو الانضمام إليها؛

“This Convention applies to (a) assignments of international receivables […] if, at the time of conclusion of the contract of assignment, the assignor is located in a Contracting State.”

(7) "تنطبق هذه الاتفاقية: (أ) على إحالات المستحقات الدولية [] إذا كان مقر المحيل يقع، وقت إبرام عقد الإحالة، في دولة متعاقدة. "

Considering that problems created by uncertainties as to the content and the choice of legal regime applicable to the assignment of receivables constitute an obstacle to international trade,

وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أن المشاكل الناشئة عن التشكك بشأن مضمون النظام القانوني المنطبق على إحالة المستحقات واختياره تشكل عقبة في سبيل التجارة الدولية،

Considering that problems created by uncertainties as to the content and the choice of the legal regime applicable to the assignment of receivables constitute an obstacle to international trade,

وإذ ترى أن المشاكل الناجمة عن عدم وجود يقين من حيث مضمون ونوع النظام القانوني المنطبق على إحالة المستحقات تشكل عقبة أمام التجارة الدولية،
