The time of conclusion of a contract of assignment in respect of articles 6 and 7 of this annex may be proved by any means, including witnesses.

يجوز إثبات وقت إبرام عقد الإحالة فيما يتعلق بالمادتين 6 و 7 من هذا المرفق بأي وسيلة إثبات، بمن في ذلك الشهود.

1. Unless otherwise agreed between the assignor and the assignee, the assignor represents at the time of conclusion of the contract of assignment that:

1 - ما لم يتفق المحيل والمحال إليه على خلاف ذلك، يقر المحيل وقت إبرام عقد الإحالة بما يلي:

1. Until the debtor receives notification of the assignment, the debtor is entitled to be discharged by paying in accordance with the original contract.

1 - يحق للمدين، إلى حين استلامه إشعارا بالإحالة، أن تُبرأ ذمته بالسداد وفقا للعقد الأصلي.

(v) “Original contract” in the context of an assignment means the contract between the assignor and the account debtor from which the assigned receivable arises.

(ت) "العقد الأصلي" يعني، في سياق الإحالة، العقد المبرم بين المحيل وصاحب الحساب المدين الذي ينشأ عنه المستحق المحال.

“This Convention applies to (a) assignments of international receivables […] if, at the time of conclusion of the contract of assignment, the assignor is located in a Contracting State.”

(7) "تنطبق هذه الاتفاقية: (أ) على إحالات المستحقات الدولية [] إذا كان مقر المحيل يقع، وقت إبرام عقد الإحالة، في دولة متعاقدة. "
