And then, with all of you in the room, and so many of you watching online, there is a real potential for countless of other acts that will help make this a healthier planet.

Your own presence, Mr. President, and that of the Secretary General at the International Meeting which were very highly appreciated and which enhanced the profile of the Meeting attested to the prime importance you both attach to the cause of small island developing States.
