The text of the proposed revision read as follows

The proposed ISIC Rev.4 structure has 21 top level sections instead of the 17 contained in ISIC Rev.3.

With that revision, the Swiss proposal was adopted.

The proposed revision is currently under review at the Senate.

The proposed revision was not accepted by the other sponsors.

The revision process was started by identifying general conceptual issues, defining the scope of the revision, elaborating and reviewing explicit proposals and finally updating the detailed structure and explanatory notes of the classification.

Most delegations favoured continuing the consideration of the Chairman's proposed outcome (Rev.10).

UNICEF will work with other United Nations organizations to complete the revision.

I hope that that revision will be acceptable to all Member States.

The action referred to pertains to a WFP document such as an Executive Board document.

Reports of these meetings have been circulated as official documents of the Conference on Disarmament.

In the interests of efficiency I would like to read out the revision, rather than seeking yet another technical revision.

In that revision, an effort had been made to provide a one stop shop for critical use nominations.

At each meeting, the Statistical Commission and the Expert Group reviewed the process employed and progress made during the revision and set or confirmed new guidelines for the next steps in the revision process.

In the later stages of the revision process, it became increasingly clear that continuity was an important element for many countries.

Moreover, the consultations provided the opportunity to determine their expectations of this CPC revision.

While the refinement represents an improvement in practice, it does not have a material effect on the financial statements.

UNICEF agrees to ensure compliance with the requirements of Financial Circular 15, revision 3.

All project and programme documents are systematically reviewed from a gender perspective, including country and regional programme documents.

He suggested that the requests should be circulated as Committee documents for consideration at a subsequent meeting.

The proposed one week extension would require an additional 50 pages of in session and 30 pages of post session documentation in the six languages.
