(b) The amendments to the Family Act, the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Act in 2003

If the said criminal act is merely attempted, the person having intentionally financed the act is subject to criminal liability for aiding and abetting the attempt.

Under section 6A of the Crimes (Biological Weapons) Act, Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (the Criminal Code) applies in relation to these offences.
