Why are we meeting here?

We are meeting today to discuss

TEDxCairo, are meeting as we speak.

That is precisely why we are meeting.

We are meeting again with an entirely different opportunity.

We are deploying our peace monitoring military capacity steadily, although we are meeting a number of difficulties.

We are continuing the meeting so that we do not create the impression that we are going into a substantive session.

After all, we are dealing with the same 266th organizational meeting.

We are sure that this meeting will be an appropriate forum for discussing the matters that we are reviewing today.

We will not be able to finish this meeting on time we are lagging far behind.

As members are aware, for this morning's meeting we have 40 speakers inscribed on the list and for the afternoon meeting we have 44 speakers.

We are all committed to providing a positive contribution to meeting this challenge.

And by that measure, can we truly say, as a nation, that we are meeting our obligations?

This is the last meeting we are holding before we suspend the work of this first phase of the 2005 session.

Sometimes we are having meeting and they are talking with Jean Pierre Bemba, with Mbusa Nyamwisi, with Kabila, and I'm there.

But we are holding an organizational meeting, in the course of which it was determined that, since we do not have an agenda for substantive work, we would prolong the meeting in order to discuss the agenda.
