Five undersecretaries have been shaped as follow Research and Training, Planning and Programming, International Relations, Internal Communication and Finance.

29. Recognizes the need to continue to improve and streamline the planning, programming and budgetary cycle of the Organization

In recent years, UNICEF (in partnership with WHO) has increasingly supported water safety planning, water quality monitoring and improvement programming.

In 2004 MOWE began giving an award to the province that has done the most to promote and apply gender mainstreaming in its development planning, programming and budgeting.

The department heads and oversight committees that meet to evaluate programming seldom dictate content, but merely pass their complaints and recommendations down to programming heads.

The definition and ordering of these sequence points are the theoretical foundation of imperative programming, and part of the semantics of an imperative programming language.
