In order to enhance the authority and role of the General Assembly, it is decided that

Freedom of circulation, enterprise, information, association and assembly, with due respect for the law, public order, and morals.

The General Assembly needs another major overhaul in order to be restored to its rightful place, as enunciated in the Millennium Declaration.

Considerable additional research is required into a number of complex issues in order to prepare proposals for consideration by the General Assembly.

According to the Anguilla (Constitution) Order 1982, the Government of Anguilla consists of a Governor, an Executive Council and a House of Assembly.

Article 10 of the revised 2001 Law on Elections of National Assembly Deputy stipulates that the number of female National Assembly Deputies is proposed by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly at the request of the presidium of the Center Committee of the Viet Nam Women's Union in order to ensure a rational proportion of female deputies.
