نظرية مسار الهدف، والمعروفة أيضا بنظرية مسار الهدف لفعالية القائد أو نموذج مسار الهدف، هي نظرية قيادة في حقل الدراسات التنظيمية التي وضعها روبرت هاوس، (وهو خريج جامعة ولاية أوهايو)، في عام 1971 ونقحت في 1996.
